The 74th Annual Rodeo has been Cancelled

The Top O’ Texas Rodeo Association announced on Thursday that the 74th Annual Rodeo has been cancelled. 

The Top O’ Texas Rodeo Association wrote: 

To our local community and our Panhandle Family:

The Top O’ Texas Rodeo Association regrets to inform you that, after much deliberation, have decided to cancel this year’s rodeo. We did not come to this decision lightly. 

We depend on our local sponsors and donors whether they be a business, individual or family for their financial support. 

With the current state of the economy as well as the safety of our community and surrounding areas in mind, we have arrived at the decision.

We pray for a recovery and safety for all.
