• Pampa Nursing Center in Pampa recognized as a Blue Ribbon National recipient.
PAMPA – SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC announced today that it is recognizing 12 of its client centers with a Blue Ribbon award for distinction in services delivered in 2019. Recognized centers received high marks in Care Delivery Excellence, Employee Experience, Operational Excellence and Customer Experience.
Each year since 2006, SavaSeniorCare recognizes senior care centers in its network with the Blue Ribbon program. The program is designed to drive superb performance and motivates centers teams to deliver excellence in key areas of the business, providing awards to those that excel. Blue Ribbon recipients have distinguished themselves in the areas of Care Delivery Excellence, Employee Experience, Operational Excellence and Customer Experience.
“During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic that is taking a particularly devastating toll on the vulnerable population served by skilled nursing centers, we’d like to pause for a moment to recognize the superior performance of the 2019 Blue Ribbon recipients,” Jerry Roles, Director, SavaSeniorCare Consulting, LLC. “Our client centers today are taking immense measures to deliver excellent care while protecting and caring for residents amidst the pandemic. Blue Ribbon Centers will receive gifts and recognition that are shared equally by all employees at each Center - from the line staff, to food prep and servers, to managers, to those that deliver hands-on care to the residents. The 2019 Blue Ribbon Centers are:
