• Christy Meyer, 35, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
Wednesday, Aug. 18
• Kimberlie Dawn Mouser, 38, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for failure to identify and theft under $100.
• Stacie Michelle Winegeart, 39, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for displaying expired registration (x2), driving while license suspended (x2) and theft under $100.
Thursday, Aug. 19
• Joe Bob Davis, 57, Pampa, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams.
• Roy Dale Blaylock, 49, McLean, was arrested by GCSO for failure to comply with a sex offender’s duty to register life/annual.
