• Steven Paul Echols, 57, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for theft of property greater than/equal to $750 and less than $2,500 and bond surrender theft of property greater than/equal to $750 less than $2,500.
• Mark Reber, 34, Borger, was arrested by PPD for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions.
