Two indicted on child sex charges

Michael Andrew Loughmiller, 30, was indicted by the Grand Jury for the 223rd Judicial District Court for Gray County earlier this week on one charge of indecency with a child (sexual contact), one charge of sexual assault on a child and two charges of sexual assault. His bond for each charge is set at $250,000.

Dominc Shawn Rojas, 19, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree charge with a bond set at $100,000.

The following were also indicted by the 223rd Judicial District Court grand jury for Gray County:

• Gerald Paul Cookson, 55, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree charge with a bond set at $15,000. Cookson was also indicted for unauthorized use of a motor-vehicle, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Jesus Josue Cruz, 27, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Judah Benjamin Hart, 28, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree penalty with a first-degree enhancement, with a bond set at $50,000.

• Jared Lee Landry, 27, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• James Lopez, Jr. was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Brittany Elizabeth Lott, 28, was indicted for assault to a public servant, a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Brenda Lee McMahon, 21, was indicted for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Alberto Martinez, 23, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram less than four grams.

• Maria Azucena Martinez, 37, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Julie Constance Scudder, 33, was indicted for assault on a public servant, a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Samuel Tyler Stewart, 33, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Justin Mark Welch, 40, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group three/four less than 28 grams. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000.
