Friday night at 8:02 p.m. Pampa Police Department was dispatched to 25th and Perryton Parkway to the scene of a motorcycle accident.
The motorcycle driver, a 48-year-old male, lost control of the motorcycle and ended up on the lawn of the Pampa Teachers Federal Credit Union where a 71-year-old male was mowing the lawn on a riding mower.
The motorcycle and rider struck the mower and the male on the mower.
The male on the mower was airlifted to Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo and the male on the motorcycle was transported to Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo as well by ambulance.
The cause of the accident was a result of failure to control speed and still remains under investigation.
