50th Annual Elk City Fall Festival

Elk City, Oklahoma (September 11, 2023) – The Elk City Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to the 50th Annual Elk City Fall Festival on Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17. This year’s event will be held at the Elk City Convention Center at 1016 East Airport Industrial Road. Saturday’s event hours are 10AM – 6PM and Sunday 12PM – 5PM. Admission is Free.

Billed as the largest arts & crafts show in Western Oklahoma and as in years past, this year’s event will feature artists and crafts people who will be displaying their items for purchase throughout the entire weekend.

“From fine arts, to pottery, to ceramics, to custom-made jewelry and more, the Fall Festival is a terrific way to get a head start on your holiday shopping,” stated Chamber Executive Director Susie Cupp. “This is definitely one of our favorite events according to our local residents and the many visitors from around the region and the committee does an outstanding job in pulling it all together,” adds Cupp.

Along with over 100+ professional booths expected at this year’s event in the north exhibit hall there will be several great food vendors located at the outdoor food court by the big white tent north of the north exhibit hall.  Those confirmed for the show includes: MMP Concessions will be serving deep fried oreos, corn dogs, cheese on a stick, funnel cakes, fountain drinks and fresh squeezed lemonade.  Blue Mountain Smoke will have their BBQ pulled pork, brisket, sausages, nachos, loaded potatoes and combo meals.  Pacific Brim will be serving deep fried burgers, loaded pork fries and more.  Abby’s Authentic Mexican Food will be serving street & birria tacos, burritos, nachos, taco plates and drinks.  Heavens Kitchen will be serving fish, nachos, fries, wings and BBQ.   Sweeties Kitchen will have Indian tacos, beef and chicken con queso.  Also, Sno Way Shaved Ice will be available with their snow cones, caramel apples, soft pretzels, nachos, hot dogs, marshmallow popcorn balls, fresh lemonade and more.  Goode Snacks will have their kettle corn and pork rinds outside and their roasted nuts, cotton candy and fudge in the north exhibit hall west room.  Brown’s Grill will be serving breakfast on Saturday morning only and smash burgers and loaded fries Saturday and Sunday.  B’s Drink Merc. will have specialty drinks, hand shaken lemonade, freeze dried candy and other treats along with coffee.  Kona Ice will have their shaved ice snow cones. You can also find Western Oklahoma Inflatables out by the food court.  In the north exhibit hall, you can find the First Assembly of God Church Girls Ministry in the east kitchen area serving walking tacos, frito pies, nachos, pulled pork sandwiches, chips, sweet/unsweet tea, lemonade and sodas.  The food vendors will be serving beverages.  The Fall Festival committee will present numerous awards in selected booth categories along with the high school art. Awards to be presented in the professional booths category will be Best of Show, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place for fine art, photography, pottery, sculpture and fine woods.
