September 16, 2023
• Jared Keith Lake, 24, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for his second DWI.
• Brandon Obanion, 33, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for interfering with and emergency request for assistance.
September 17, 2023
• Devin Oneal Session, 39, was arrested by PPD for evading arrest detention with a previous conviction and theft of property less than $250 with two previous convictions.
• Alejandro Franco, 36, was arrested by PPD for organizing retail theft greater than $100 less than $750, a warrant of arrest– disturbing official traffic continuously, a warrant of arrest– failure to maintain financial responsibility, a warrant of arrest- driving while license suspended.
• Michelle Lea Williamson, 44, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for theft of property greater than $100 less than $750.
