Christine Marie Shepherd, 65, of Pampa, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in Pampa.
Services will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Arockiaraj Malapady (Raj), officiating.
Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
Christine was born on November 12, 1958 in Toledo, Ohio to Paul Liberty and Denyse Payette Fox.
She attended school in Toledo and graduated high school in 1976. After graduation, Christine went on to earn her associate degree from Findlay College.
She then went on to enlist in the United States Navy. During her time in the Navy, Christine worked as an air traffic controller, personnel officer, recruitment officer, and a drill instructor. She retired in 2001, after a 23 year long career.
Christine enjoyed sudoku puzzles, watching western movies and gameshows. She was a kindhearted person that will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Christine was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Shepherd of the home; three brothers, Val Liberty of Las Vegas, Nevada, Rick Liberty, and Bill Liberty both of Cleveland, Ohio; two sisters, Tori Liberty of Albany, Georgia and Linda Liberty of Vancouver, Canada; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be sent to a charity of your choosing.
