District court sentencings

The following cases were filed in the 31st District Court of Gray County:

• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Ollie Wilson Lowe was sentenced to nine months state jail for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. Lowe was also sentenced to three years institutional division for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair the investigation.

• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Richard Craig Horton was sentenced to five years institutional division for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• In a judgment revoking community supervision, Walter Lawrence Johnson, III, was sentenced to three years confinement institutional division for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Daniel Michael Meyer was sentenced to three years institutional division for robbery-enhanced. 

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Maria Del Rosario Juarez Hernandez was sentenced to one year in Gray County Jail for driving while intoxicated BAC greater than or equal to .15- lesser included. 

• In an order of deferred adjudication, Heaven Lesperance was sentenced to seven years of community supervision for burglary of a habitation with intent to commit other felony.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Harry Lee Perryman was sentenced to 15 years institutional division for assault on a family/household member with previous conviction- enhanced. Perryman was also sentenced to 15 years for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle-enhanced.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Mindy Holtman was sentenced to two years institutional division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Mark Allen Justice was sentenced to 10 months of state jail for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. Justice was also sentenced to two years institutional division for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Daniel Quilimaco was sentenced to four years institutional division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams-enhanced.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Daniel Dale Kiley Holt was sentenced to six months state jail division for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Holt was also sentenced to six months state jail division for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. 

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Braden Tripper Kelley was sentenced to 15 months state jail division for fraud use/possession of identifying information No. of items less than five. Kelley was also sentenced to six years institutional division for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Cody Dillon Morris was sentenced to two years institutional division for unauthorized use of a vehicle-enhanced.
