The following cases were filed in the 223rd District Court:
• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Jonathan Duran was sentenced to 12 months of state jail division for theft from person.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Brisia Lynette Fernandez was sentenced to 180 days state jail division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
• In an order of deferred adjudication, Amber Lynette Lewis was sentenced to 12 months community supervision for driving while intoxicated- lesser included.
• In an order of deferred adjudication, Christy Louise Meyer was sentenced to four years of community supervision for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams.
