District court sentencings

The following cases were filed in the 223rd Judicial District Court of Gray County:

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Travis Michael Malone was sentenced to 10 years institutional division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Travis Aaron Parkin was sentenced to 12 years institutional division for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. Parkin was also sentenced to 12 years institutional division for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. Parkin was also sentenced to 12 years institutional division for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to 200 grams and less than 200 grams.

• In a judgment of conviction by the court, William Davbrent Thomas was sentenced to 180 days state jail division for terroristic threat against a peace officer/judge.

• In an order of deferred adjudication, Jesse David Banks was placed on community supervision for 12 months for disorderly conduct.
