Gray County Indictments

The following indictments were recently filed in the 31st Judicial District Court:

• Payne Dee Beesley, 22, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000. Beesley was also indicted for fraud use/possession of identifying information No. of items between 10 and 50. A second degree penalty with a first degree enhancement and a bond set at $100,000.

• Blas Jesus Beltran-Estrada, 45, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000. Beltran-Estrada was also indicted for theft of property greater than/equal to $30,000 and less than $150,000. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Amber Sky Bradford, 21, was indicted for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. A state-jail penalty with a third enhancement and bond set at $15,000.

• Maria Guadalupe Gomez, 21, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $25,000.

• Rubicel Mendoza Huerta, 18, was indicted for assault to peace officer/judge. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000. Huerta was also indicted for robbery, a second-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000. Huerta was also indicted for stalking, a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000.

• Adriana Elizabeth Medina, 33, was indicted for abandon/endangerment of a child with intent/knowledge of reckless/criminal negligence. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $12,500. Medina had two similar indictments on this charge.

• Adrian Mejia-Dominguez, 40, was indicted for assault to a family/house member to impede breath/circulation. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Aspen Lea Sullivan, 22, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $25,000.

• Stephanie Lynna Thomas, 31, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Teresa Villareal, 42, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $5,000.
