• Daniel Laron Wallace pled guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams, a second degree felony, that occurred on August 13, 2020, and was sentenced to 2 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a fine of $1,000 and $180 in restitution.

• Seth Alamanza pled guilty to the charge of assault causing bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor, that occurred on June 5, 2022, and was sentenced to 1 year deferred adjudication community supervision and a $500 fine.

• Adam Joe Gonzales pled guilty to the charge of arson, a second degree felony, that occurred on March 15, 2023, and was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication community supervision, a $1,000 fine and $500 restitution to the victim.

• Claire Lee Chennault pled guilty to the charge of assault of a family member impeding the breath/circulation 2X, third degree felonies, that occurred on September 20, 2022 and July 18, 2023, and was sentenced to 10 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice probated to 5 years of community supervision and a total of $4,000 in fines.

• Joey Kyle Johnson pled guilty to the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony, that occurred on August 7, 2023, and burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony, that occurred on July 23, 2023, and was sentenced to 3 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a total of $2,000 in fines.
