Jordan Blake Jones, 14, of White Deer, passed away tragically on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in White Deer. 

His sudden departure has left his family and community in deep mourning.

A Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Trinity Fellowship Church in Pampa with Pastor Kris Humphrey and Pastor Zak Acker officiating. 

Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory are overseeing the arrangements for Jordan’s cremation. 

Jordan’s memorial service will be livestreamed through the funeral home’s website.

Jordan was born to parents, Jefferey Jones and Brittney Kindle on May 26, 2009, in Borger, Texas. 

When he was 4 years old, he relocated to Oklahoma City with his sister Jentry & his aunt Tabitha, where he attended Putnam City Schools. 

His time in Oklahoma was marked by his participation in soccer and basketball activities through the YMCA. 

In addition to these sports, Jordan delighted in playing football and fishing and spending time with his friends.

Two years ago, Jordan moved to White Deer, Texas and enrolled at White Deer Jr. High School. 

There he actively participated on the basketball, football, and track teams. 

A devoted attendee of Trinity Fellowship Church, Jordan found solace in its teachings and services. 

He loved outdoor activities such as biking and riding his four-wheeler.

Known for his warm heart and good nature, Jordan was loved by all who crossed his path. 

An expert hider during thrilling games of hide-and-seek, Jordan’s laughter brought immense joy to those around him. 

Jordan cherished the companionship of his numerous cousins across all age groups, and eagerly spent quality time with them. 

Jordan’s lightheartedness, humility, and diligent character resonated deeply with everyone who knew him.

Jordan is survived by his older sister, Jentry Jones of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his great grandparents, grandparents, mother, father, his loving aunts and uncle Tabitha Jones, Whitney & Jeremy Jones and by more loving aunts, uncles, cousins and an extensive circle of family and friends who mourn his untimely departure.
