• Yimi Arroyo pled guilty to the charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony that occurred on September 1, 2020, and was sentenced to 20 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a $1,000 fine. Arroyo also pled guilty to the charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony that occurred on August 31, 2017, and was sentenced to 20 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a $1,000 fine. Arroyo also pled guilty to the charge of prohibited sexual content with an ancestor/descendant, a second degree felony that occurred on October 31, 2014, and was sentenced to 20 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a $1,000 fine. Arroyo also pled guilty to the charge of prohibited sexual content with an ancestor/descendant, a second degree felony that occurred on December 15, 2018, and was sentenced to 20 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a $1,000 fine.

• Debra Lynn Rawls pled guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, a state jail felony that occurred on July 8, 2022, and was sentenced to 8 months in the state jail division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently, a $1,000 fine and $180 in restitution. Rawls also pled guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, a state jail felony that occurred on September 17, 2022, and was sentenced to 8 months in the state jail division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently, a $1,000 fine and $180 in restitution.

• Jimmy Duane Burks pled guilty to the charge of evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, a third degree felony enhanced to second degree that occurred on October 10, 2022, and was sentenced to community supervision for 7 years and a $2,500 fine. Burks also pled guilty to the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony that occurred on August 27, 2023, and was sentenced to community supervision for 7 years and a $2,500 fine.

Smith also pled guilty to the charge of continuous violence against the family, a third degree felony that occurred on January 16, 2022, and was sentenced to 4 years community supervision and a $2,000 fine. 

• Stacie Jo Sorrell pled guilty to the charge of burglary of habitation, a second degree felony that occurred on November 7, 2022, and was sentenced to 9 years deferred adjudication community supervision and a $2,500 fine. Sorrell also pled guilty to the charge of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 1 gram less than 4 grams, a second degree felony that occurred on May 31, 2023, and was sentenced to 9 years deferred adjudication community supervision, a $2,500 fine and $180 in restitution. 

• Jason Alexander Bridwell pled guilty to the charge of fraudulent use/possession of identifying information less than 5 items, a state jail felony that occurred on August 22, 2023, and was sentenced to 9 months in the state jail division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a $1,000 fine. 

• Fernando Ramirez Sanchez pled guilty to the charge of terroristic threat against a peace officer/judge, a state jail felony that occurred on October 31, 2023, and was sentenced to 180 days in the state jail division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a $1,000 fine. 

• Zanna Beck pled guilty to the charge of fraudulent use/possession of identifying information less than 5 items, a state jail felony that occurred on November 21, 2022, and was sentenced to 9 months in the state jail division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a $1,000 fine.

• Scotty Wayne Brown pled guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 1 gram less than 4 grams, a third degree felony enhanced to a second that occurred on February 19, 2022, and was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication community supervision, a $1,000 fine and $180 in restitution.

• Max Beatty Floyd, Jr. pled guilty to the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more, a third degree felony that occurred on February 24, 2022, and was sentenced to 5 years in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to run concurrently and a $1,000 fine.
