It was February 6th when he was blessed with the gift of a new heart.

His true passion was in ministering to children about the Lord. He started teaching Sunday School in 1983 and continued this until his passing.

He formed a bus ministry that reached out to underserved children all over Pampa.

Larry was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for over 42 years and served in the deacon ministry.

He was an avid Nebraska Cornhusker fan through and through.
