• Anthony Scott Cowan, 64, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for possession of a controlled substance greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams and making a silent/abusive call to 911.
• Anthony Rashon Brown, 29, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for credit card abuse, a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility 2X, and a warrant for displaying a ficticious license plate.
• Athena Alvarez, 21, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for a warrant for pedestrian in a roadway.

• At 3:15 PM, 1 unit and 3 personnel were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Nelson for a medical assist.
• At 3:26 PM, 2 units and 6 personnel were dispatched to the 200 block of Russell with no incident found.
• At 3:58 PM, 1 unit and 3 personnel were dispatched to the 200 block of North Russell for a medical assist.
• At 4:35 PM, 1 unit and 3 personnel were dispatched to the 800 block of West Francis for an odor investigation.
• At 7:00 PM, 2 units and 6 personnel were dispatched to the 2500 block of Christine for a carbon monoxide investigation.
