August 30, 2023

• Carl Zackery Lee, 47, of Pampa, was arresred by PPD for 4 counts of no driver’s license, 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (insurance), 2 counts of displaying an expired registration, public intoxication, and failure to appear/bail jumping.

• Luis Alfredo Escobar-Juarez, 24, of Oklahoma City, OK, was arrested by DPS for posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 2-A in an amount less than or equal to 2oz.

• Howard Ray Vance, 52, of Pampa, was arresred by GCSO for manufature/delivery of a controlled substance of penalty group 1 in an amount greater than or equal to 4g but less than 200g.

• Amanda Michelle Fought, 40, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for engaging in organized criminal activity.

• Christofer Ray Grajeda, 26, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for a bond surrender on a charge of posession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1 in an amount greater than 1g but less than 4g.

• Joshua John Romero, 37, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for violation of bond/protective order.
