One arrested for family violence

Friday, May 13

• Ellen Harding, 42, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for continuous violence against the family.

• Stormie Dial, 37, Canadian, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for violation of probation- criminal trespass, Hemphill County Warrant- forgery of a financial instrument greater than $750 and less than $2,500 and Hemphill County- possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than one gram and less than four grams.

Saturday, May 14

• Jamie Johnson, 38, Union Church, Miss. was arrested by PPD for driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container.

• Tyler Whitman, 22, Amarillo, was arrested by PPD for capias pro fine- failure to maintain financial responsibility, capias pro fine- displaying expired registration, capias pro fine- failure to appear and capias pro fine- possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Farrah Hawkins, 28, Amarillo, was arrested by GCSO for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams, theft of firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• James Brown, 48, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for Other County Warrant- false drug test device, prohibited substance in correctional/civil community facility and blue warrant.

Sunday, May 15

• Jathen Quade Miller, 26, Pampa, was arrested for bond surrender- driving while intoxicated- 2nd offense.

• Jason Birdwell, 24, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial restitution, capias pro fine- possession of drug paraphernalia (x2), capias pro fine- failure to appear and instanter- possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Isaac Smither-Sirtola, 19, Dalhart, was arrested by PPD for capias- failure to report change of address/name, capias- speeding 52 in a 40 mph.
