• Rolando Garcia, 35, Hereford, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for money laundering greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000 and smuggling of persons.
• Jeffrey Wayne Smith, 43, was arrested by GCSO for theft of property greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000 and unauthorized use of a motor-vehicle.
