One Arrested for Murder

January 14, 2025

• David James Carr, 36, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO and was sent to TDCJ for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams.

• Nicholas Spence Jones, 38, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault against an elderly individual, interference with emergency request for assistance, and criminal mischief greater than $100 less than $750.

• Braden Tripper Kelley, 30, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for criminal trespass.

• Luis Raul Ramos, 31, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for a bond surrender for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams and violation of probation for forgery of a financial instrument.

January 15, 2025

• Justin Ray Leos, 41, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams and insufficient bond for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams. 

• Raquel Ramirez, 29, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• Promise Starrla Jaida Mundell, 30, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for criminal mischief greater than $100 less than $750 and instanter for public intoxication.

• Jesse Alan Fick, 33, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for failure to appear on a burglary of an automobile charge in Oklahoma County, a warrant for running a stop sign, a warrant for no driver’s license, and a warrant for running a red stop light.

• John Carl Brimm, 48, of Lefors, was arrested by GCSO for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams.

• Sheena Nicole Rosalez, 36, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams, a warrant for driving while license suspended, a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility, and a warrant for theft under $100.

• Eduardo Miranda, 34, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault causing bodily injury against a family member.

January 16, 2025

• Christopher Gray, 36, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for driving while intoxicated.

• At 8:17 AM, 1 unit and 3 personnel were dispatched to the 400 block of Roberta for a first responder.

• At 1:39 PM, 1 unit and 3 personnel were dispatched to the 1300 block of North Russell for a medical assist.

• At 3:35 PM, 2 units and 7 personnel were dispatched to the 600 block of West Browning for a false alarm.

• At 5:05 PM, 1 unit and 3 personnel were dispatched to the 3000 block of Perryton Parkway for a lift assist.

• At 10:44 PM, 3 units and 8 personnel were dispatched to the 1100 block of Sirraco for a smoke scare.
