• Dyanna Sue Carlisle, 30, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram and a bond surrender for manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams.

• Kaili Campbell, 36, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams.
• Michael Darwin Heuer, 29, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for neglect of a child in Hale County, possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams, and possession of a dangerous drug.
• Gustavo Isais Garcia, 22, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault of a family member by impeding breath.
• Christina Louise Ragan, 45, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for insufficient bond for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams and insufficient bond for tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
