One indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

The following grand jury indictments were handed down by the 223rd Judicial District Court.

• Gabino Paul Amaya, 29, was indicted for assault to family/household member with a previous conviction. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $100,000.

• Alejandro Vargas Bedolla, 27, was indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Kristen Loraine Davis, 30, was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15-years-of-age. A state-jail penalty with a bond set $10,000.

• Shane Ray Dougherty, 45, was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Mark Allen Justice, 45, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Mario Moreno, 22, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Timothy Paul Moreno, 25, was indicted for assault to a family/house member to impede breathing and circulation.

• Jesus Rodriguez, 41, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle. A third-degree offense with a second-enhancement and a bond set at $15,000. Rodriguez was also indicted on two charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A second-degree penalty with a first-degree penalty and a bond set at $100,000.
