Pest management continuing education program set Dec. 16 in San Antonio

End-of-year opportunity to earn continuing education units online or in-person

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will offer the Texas A&M AgriLife Winter CEU Program on Dec. 16 in San Antonio.

The program will be held from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at San Antonio Botanical Gardens, 3310 N. New Braunfels Ave. There is also an online option held over the Zoom meeting platform. There will be an independent lunch break.

The cost is $60 for all attendees until Dec. 9 when the cost is $70 for in-person attendance and Dec. 10 for the virtual option. Registration is required at https://tx.ag/CEU2022. The Zoom link will be sent for virtual attendance prior to the event.

There will be five Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education unit, CEUs, for agricultural applicators and six CEUs available for structural applicators. Visit the registration page for a breakdown of units by category.

“The program will offer Texas Department of Agriculture licensed applicators the opportunity to earn continuing education units before the end of the year,” said Molly Keck, AgriLife Extension entomologist for Bexar County. “This is a great chance to get the units needed to maintain a valid license for the coming year.”
