• Manel Islas Alvarado, 68, Pampa, was arrested by the Pampa Police Department for violation of promise to appear, 2x; no valid drivers license, 3x, and operating expired/unregistered vehicle/trailer.
• Raymond Anthony Ramos, 40, Plainview, was arrested by PPD for driving while intoxicated.
• Anthony Clancy, 18, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
• Ricky Wayne Jennings, 65, Mobeetie, was arrested by PPD on a criminal trespass.
July 8
• Luis Ubaldo Baca Jr., 35, Pampa, was arrested by the Gray County Sheriff’s Office on a blue warrant; evading arrest/detention; and possession of a controlled substance, greater than or equal to four grams but less than 200 grams.
• Dulces Nobres Baca, 32, Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for a blue warrant and evading arrest/detention.
Austin Chase McCarthy, 34, Pampa, was arrested on a criminal trespass and no driver’s license.
