Stacey Ann Eubank was born August 20, 1978, in Canadian, to Blain and Doris Eubank.

Stacey was an accountant for Robert’s Truck Center in Amarillo.

She worked as an accountant for most of her adult life after getting a double major in accounting and finance from Iowa State University.

If you worked with or knew Stacey for any length of time you learned she loved Jesus Christ, she was a smart, quiet, generous, kind, and loving person.

What Stacey loved to do most of all with her time was to think of friends, family and co-workers and find ways to make their lives a little bit brighter; especially if she knew you had had a bad day or event in your life.

Her acts of kindness were simple, small but meaningful, she might have made you a small stack of rocks…yes that’s right a small stack of rocks; also known as an Ebeneezer.

She wanted to remind you every time you looked at that small stack of rocks that God loved you, that He was with you and that your life was more than whatever the hard time was you were walking through at the time.

She knew that God asks us to always remember that He loves us, that He is ALWAYS Faithful, that He will never leave us, nor will He ever forsake us.

Stacey’s life was not a bed of roses, she had numerous health issues and struggles with other things in her life, but she always had time for a friend in need of a smile, a hug, or a little time...just someone to sit and listen.

Don’t get me wrong Stacey could get upset, if hurt she could hold a grudge a little longer than she should, but she was always working on herself to get back to where God wanted her to be, forgiving the hurts and putting behind her whatever the hard feelings she might have had towards someone.

She was like all of us perfectly imperfect.

Stacey is survived by her much loved four legged child (dog) Daphne; her proud parents, Doris and Blain Eubank of Canadian; her grandfather, Howard Dale Doughty of Canadian; Sister, Mindy Carroll and fiancé Jeremy Alexander of Shelby, Alabama; nephew, Garrett Carroll of Guntersville, Alabama; 3 nieces, Megan White and husband Hunter of Hinton, Oklahoma, Madison Carroll of Jacksonville, Alabama and Abby Carroll of Shelby, Alabama; and 2.75 nieces and nephews, Lane White, Adalee White and soon to be Cooper White all of Hinton, Oklahoma.

She is also survived by each of you...many friends and “adopted” nieces and nephews, her friends’ kids, whom she loved and cherished each day.

We will miss our daughter Stacey so very much, but we will remember what Stacey tried to always remember that God loves us and that he is ALWAYS Faithful, that He will never leave us, nor will He ever forsake us.

Because of these things we know we will see Stacey again when we leave this life and join her with our Savior Jesus Christ and our Father in Heaven.

Memorials may be sent to Night to Shine Amarillo, c/o The Loft Church, 4400 S. Georgia, Amarillo, TX 79110. In memory of Stacy Eubank.
