• Daniel Dale Kiley Holt, 26, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram in a drug free zone, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, capias pro fine for operating a motor vehicle without a license plate, capia pro fine for no driver’s license 2X, capias pro fine for failure to maintain financial responsibility, capias pro fine for failure to appear, capias pro fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, and capias pro fine for failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Alberto Martinez, 26, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Fernando Ramirez Sanchez, 29, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for terroristic threat against a peace officer, assault on a public servant, harrassment of a public servant, terroristic threat of a family member, and resisting arrest, search, or transport.
