The following indictments were filed in the 31st Judicial District Court for the month of July 2023.
• Alexis Aviel Heleria Diaz, 22, was indicted for smuggling of persons committed on November 17, 2022, a third-degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00
• Alexis Aviel Heleria Diaz, 22, was indicted for money laundering of an amount greater than or equal to $2,500.00 but less than $30,000.00, committed on November 17, 2022, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00
• Adam James Esquibel, 33, was indicted for money laundering of an amount greater than $30,000.00 but less than $150,000.00, committed on July 28, 2021, a third-degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00.
• Manuel Lorenzo Ledezma-Flores, 25, was indicted for continuous smuggling of persons committed on May 6, 2022, a second-degree felony with a bond of $20,000.00
• Casey Graham Haines, 46, was indicted for impersonating a public servant committed on March 22, 2022, a third-degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00
• Patrick Douglas Johnson, 53, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams, committed on October 30, 2021, a third-degree felony enhanced to a second degree felony, with a bond of $20,000.00.
• Patrick Douglas Johnson, 53, was indicted for money laundering of an amount greater than or equal to $2,500.00 but less than $30,000.00 committed on October 30, 2021, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00.
• Patrick Douglas Johnson, 53, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, committed on October 30, 2021, a third-degree felony with a bond of $20,000.00.
• Patrick Douglas Johnson, 53, was indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair an investigation, committed on October 30, 2021, a third-degree felony enhanced to a second-degree felony, with a bond of $20,000.00.
• Robert Meir, 33, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams, committed on January 9th, 2022, a third-degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00.
• Tara Elizabeth McCloskey, 34, was indicted for manufacturing and/or delivery of a controlled substance of penalty group 1 in an amount greater than or equal to 400 grams committed on April 17, 2023, carrying a minimum 15-year penalty with a bond of $60,000.00.
• Jalen Taquan Taylor, 29, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount less than 1 gram, committed on February 11, 2022, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00.
• Jalen Taquan Taylor, 29, was indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair an investigation, committed on February 11, 2022, a third-degree felony with a bond of $15,000.00.
• Jonathan Edward Trotter, 40, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1/1-B in an amount less than 1 gram, committed on February 11, 2022, a state jail felony with a bond of $12,500.00.
• Dustin Blake Tollison, 41, was indicted for assault of a family/household member with a previous conviction if shown at trial, committed on July 8, 2023, a third-degree felony enhanced to second-degree with a bond of $50,000.00.
