Altrusa and ‘Books Are the Beginning’ Organization Visit Austin Elementary
Altrusa International of Pampa has partnered with Books are the
Beginning. Their mission is to “end illiteracy “ one book at a time. Books are the Begininng are curently building libraries in Uganda,
Kenya, Tanzania, and home libraries in the United States.
