On January 8, 2026, Gerald Paul Cookson, 60, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for a warrant for failure to get a Texas driver’s license within 90 days, a warrant for parking/standing on railroad, a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility, and a warrant for driving while license suspended.
