Gray County Indictments

The following indictments were handed down on Oct. 7 by the 223rd Judicial District Court.

• Ricky Thomas Allen, 54, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Robert Benedix, 33, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Nicholas Lee Brookshire, 41, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $15,000. Brookshire was also indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $25,000.

• Anissa Renee Bustillos, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams or less than 200 grams.

• Tracy Dylan Cain, 31, was indicted for money laundering greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000. A state jail offense and a bond set at $25,000.

• Amber Contreras, 32, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• John Franklin Ellis, 43, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $10,000. Ellis was also indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $10,000.

• Amanda Michelle Fought, 29, was indicted for false statement on property/credit greater than/equal to $2,500 and less than $30,000. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $15,000. Fought was also indicted for fraud transfer of motor-vehicle less than $30,000. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Randall Jack Hatcher, 30, was indicted for theft of property greater than/equal to $30,000 and less than $150,000. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $20,000.

• Marvin Lee Kelly, 57, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $25,000.

• Austin Chase McCarthy, 35, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Andrew Catarino Martinez, 47, was indicted for manslaughter. A second degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000. Martinez was also indicted for accident involving serious injury, a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000. Martinez was also indicted for accident involving death. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $500,000.

• Guadalupe Edouardo Morales, 24, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A first-degree penalty with a bond set at $250,000.

• Rudy Navarro Pena, Jr., 27, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.

• Rudy Navarro Pena, 47, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than four grams. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $10,000.

• Wendy Deanne Privitt, 38, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $15,000.

• Joshua A. Ramon, 31, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A first-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond set at $100,000. Ramon was indicted for fraud use/possession of identifying information, a state-jail penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $10,000.

• Manuel Victor Renteria, 29, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $250,000.

• Scott Alan Stokes, 54, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond less than $10,000.
