On February 10, 2026, Jessie Arriola, 18, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for a warrant for speeding greater than 10%, a warrant for no driver’s license x4, a warrant for defective exhaust x2, a capias pro fine for theft under $100, a warrant for displaying expired registration, and instanter for no driver’s license.
