On October 11, 2026, Kenneth Glen Devoll, 47, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for assault causing bodily injury of a family member, and capias pro fines for: no driver’s license x2, no seatbelt, failure to maintain financial responsibility x2, failure to report address change, failure to display driver’s license, driving the wrong way on a one way street, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
