On January 26, 2026, Samuel Lee Smith, 61, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for a warrant for expired operater’s license, a warrant for failure to appear, a capias pro fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, a capias pro fine for open container, a capias pro fine for expired operater’s license x2, instanter for fictitious license plate, instanter for expired operater’s license, and instanter for driving in the center lane.
