The Well STEAM & Literacy Center is gearing up for its most impactful summer yet, focusing on providing high-quality educational and recreational programming for children in pre-k through 12th grade, supported by a new $50,000 contribution from Intersect. This support is designed to keep The Well’s programming as accessible as possible to all area families by helping to reduce and in some cases fully cover tuition costs.
The Well’s summer curriculum provides students a safe environment to learn, build relationships, and stay active, and includes a variety of activities in science, culinary arts, sports, music, theater, and more.
This donation also includes funding for scholarships for The Well’s Flex School during the 26-27 school year with the aim of meeting the specific and unique needs of students, regardless of their financial situation.
“We’re very grateful to Intersect for their commitment to supporting the youth of Pampa,” said Paul Rayburn, Executive Director of The Well. “Their generous support, totalling $80,000, has enriched our summer programming for the third consecutive year and ensures high-quality educational opportunities remain accessible to every student in our area, regardless of their circumstances.”
“We’re proud to deepen our multi-year partnership with The Well and remain deeply committed to creating meaningful opportunities for children and families in the community,” said Elizabeth Knowles, Head of Community Engagement at Intersect. “We truly value our ongoing partnership and are proud to support an organization making a lasting impact.”
