The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, January 7, 2024 from 5:00-6:30 PM.

Jacque was born March 7, 1962 in Amarillo and was raised by her Nana and Papa Lowe. She attended schools in White Deer, where she was a high school twirler. She graduated in the class of 1980. After graduating, she began a long career at Celanese. Jacque worked in numerous positions, ending up in Human Resources. She worked 22 years at the plant before it eventually closed. Pampa Independent School District would be her next place of employment for several years. In 2013, Jacque started working for White Deer High School. She had a love for the Lord and was a follower of Christ. Jacque also loved people and was always passionate about what she did. Living in White Deer, she was involved in several organizations such as Carson County Livestock Show and Kickback Days. She always looked forward to rodeo weekend. On June 22, 2001, she married Lyn Owens in Las Vegas. As her kids started playing sports, Jacque was loud and passionate during the ballgames, always supporting her kids. She was considered a “professional shopper” by her family, she loved buying jewelry and clothes. She could wear a different T-shirt every day and still not get through all of them. Jacque was always dressed to the nines everywhere she went. She loved wearing her pearls, anything purple, any leopard print, or anything OU. She enjoyed having a good time, that may include having friends over for a get together in the barn, going around town booze cruising in the Ranger, or listening to music and doing karaoke. Her personality made her a good friend to so many, she was known to speak her mind and let you know exactly what she was thinking. Her love was strong, not only for her family and friends, but the entire White Deer community and every animal she could find. She was Glamma to her four grandchildren, and she loved everything about it.  Jacque will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her Nana and Papa Lowe and her special dog, Nala; cousin, Torey Craig.

Survivors include her husband, Lyn of the home; two daughters, Holly Miller of Mansfield and Brooke Collinsworth and husband Rifle of Monahans; a son, Blake Owens and wife Sarah of Carlsbad, New Mexico; grandchildren, Ruger Collinsworth, Boone Collinsworth, Harper Owens, and Quinn Owens; her mother, Paula Treider of Lubbock; sister, Dvette Treider of Lubbock; brother, Shane Treider and wife Lonna of Lubbock; brother-in-law, Bryan Waitman and wife Shannon and their children, Alyssa and Camryn; aunt and uncle, Rick and Pat Lowe form Little Elm; aunt, Paulette Smith of White Deer; cousins, Shawn and Barbara Craig of White Deer; and her special dogs, Mayzie, Kilo, and Sage.

The family would like for all those who attend the funeral service to wear all things “Jacque”, whether it’s leopard print, purple, OU attire, or jewelry.
