Altrusa International of Pampa, Texas, Inc. met on October 26, 2021 with president, Sheila Winton presiding. Kerrick Horton and Kadda Schale served as greeters.
The Accent was presented by Pat Johnson who read an article “Interesting Thoughts on Making a Difference” proving that the people who make a difference in our life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They are the ones who CARE!
Jimmy Hicks, Pampa Youth and Community Center Director, spoke to the club regarding the various activities available at the center. He also used a slide presentation to show the recent improvements at the center and invited members to a free trial of the facilities. Pampa Youth and Community Center recently celebrated its 61st anniversary.
