• James Smith, 37, of Pampa, was arrested at 12:45 pm by PPD for driving while intoxicated.
• Marcos Leyvas, 29, of Pocatello, ID, was arrested at 3:48pm by GCSO for two warrants of arrest, capias pro fine.
• Jerry Lee Hicks, 57, of Pampa, was arrested at 5:04 pm by PPD for warrant of arrest for posession of drug paraphanelia, two counts, warrant of arrest for public intoxication, and an instanter charge of posession of drug paraphanelia.
• Kiara Italy Ponce, 17, of Pampa, was arrested at 10:13 pm by PPD for reckless driving and abandoning/endangering a child criminal negligence.

• Renard Lee Villarreal. 50, of Pampa, was arrested at 6:38 pm by PPD for possession of a controlled substance of penalty group 1 in an amount less than 1 gram and for criminal trespassing of a habitation.
• Timohy Aron Wilson, 48, of Pampa, was arrested at 9:19 pm by GCSO for manufacture and/or delivery of a controlled substance of penalty group 1 in an amount greater than 4 grams but less than 200 grams.
