The following indictments were filed in the 223rd District Court recently:
• Alan Abisai Arambula, 23, was indicted for criminal negligent homicide with a bond of $50,000.
• Matthew Glen Bolch, 39, was indicted for murder. A first-degree penalty with a bond of $1 million.
• Garrett Davis, 28, was indicted for prohibitive substance/item in a correction/civic facility. A third-degree penalty with a bond of $15,000.
• Delta Dawn Dewitt-Etheredge, 43, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $10,000. Dewitt-Etheredge was also indicted for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $10,000.
• Veronika Stephanie Evans, 47, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal four grams and less than 200 grams. A first-degree penalty with a habitual enhancement and a bond of $100,000.
• Keith Shannon Helfer, 54, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.
• Desiree Marie Jenkins, 40, was indicted for assault on a family/household member with a previous conviction. A third-degree penalty with a second-degree enhancement with a $200,000 bond.
• LaJenna Lynn King, 40, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A second-degree penalty with a first enhancement and a bond set at $100,000.
• Adam Chase Knoop, 30, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.
• Angela Perez-Alvarez, 27, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams. A second-degree penalty with a bond set at $25,000.
• Dale Andrew Rasmussen, 40, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $5,000.
• Alexis Russell, 22, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail penalty with a bond set at $5,000.
• Priscilla Silva, 24, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal one gram and less than four gram. A third-degree penalty with a bond set at $10,000.
• Silvia Martinez Vargas, 62, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. A state-jail offense with a bond set at $5,000.
• Rhoston Odell Young, 47, was indicted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams. A second-degree penalty with a first enhancement and a bond set at $50,000.
