Chamber Country Fair Fundraiser

Though the weather hasn’t shown any signs of getting cooler, plenty of people and organizations are already gearing up for fall festivities, including Cortnie Patterson of the Chamber of Commerce. The next big occasion on this enthusiastic event planner’s radar is the Country Fair, which will take place on October 21st.

“The Country Fair is the Chamber’s biggest fundraiser of the year,” said Patterson.

This year, Patterson and her crew are planning a “Roaring 20’s” Gatsby theme, saying she felt like Pampa was going through another roaring 20s. The event will play host to a variety of entertainment, including live music, dancing, dinner, a casino, and both a live and silent auction. Currently, donations are still being welcomed for both auctions as well as additional event sponsors.

Tickets go on sale next week and will be $50.00 each with VIP tables for 8 people for $1,000.00. This is an exclusive event and entry will be limited to 350 people on a first come first serve basis. Last year’s Country fair sold out quickly, so those interested shouldn’t delay.
