The Gray County Commissioners Court will meet at 9 a.m. Thursday morning for a regularly-scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 15 at the Gray County Courthouse.
After the opening formalities, the Commissioners will address the following items on the agenda:

• Pay Bills as Approved by the County Auditor
• Consider Line Item Transfers
• Consider Budget Amendments
• Accept County Treasurer’s Quarterly and Monthly Report
• Accept County Clerk’s Report
• Consider Approving County Clerk to Expend Funds from the Records Management Fund for Archival Boxes.
• Consider Replacing an Employee for Precinct 4
• Consider Replacing an Employee for District Clerk’s Office
• Consider Replacing the Assistant District Attorney
• Consider Delinquent Property Bids
• Discuss County Road 3 and Right of Ways with Open Range
• Discuss Gray County Game Room Ordinance
• Consider Sealed Proposals for the Gray County Sheriff’s Department Roof Repair
• Consider Terminating Contract with Vexus for Courthouse Phone Service
