The following cases were filed in the 31st District Court in Gray County.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Mark Eugene Fuller, a.k.a. Mark Fuller, was sentenced to 60 years confinement institutional division of Texas Department of Criminal Justice for aggravated sexual assault of a child. Fuller was also sentenced to 10 years confinement institutional division of Texas Department of Criminal Justice for indecency with a child- sexual contact.
• In an order of deferred adjudication, Montie Lynn Guest was placed on three years community supervision for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group one greater than/equal to four grams and less than 200 grams.
• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Gordon Allen Titsworth was sentenced to 12 months state jail division for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group one less than one gram.
• In an order of deferred adjudication, Saul Arneros Aguirre was placed on three years of community supervision for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group one less than one gram.
