The following cases were filed in the 223 Judicial District Court:
• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Dennis James Beisaw was sentenced to two years state jail division in Texas Department of Criminal Justice for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram. Beisaw was sentenced to two years state jail division for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions.
• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Justin Wayne Sealman was sentence to five years confinement institutional division for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Sealman was also sentenced to five years institutional division for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Sealman also had a five-year sentencing for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
