The following cases were filed in the 31st Judicial District Court of Gray County:
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Austin Tyler Sargent was sentenced to 10 years institutional division for sexual assault. Sargent was also sentenced to 10 years institutional division for indecency with a child- sexual contact.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Virginia Inez Taylor was sentenced to 180 days state jail division for burglary of a building.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Joey Kyle Johnson was sentenced to 12 months state jail division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
• In a judgment revoking community supervision, Sarah Lynn Johnson was sentenced to 180 days in state jail division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Christy Louise Meyer was sentenced to four years institutional division for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than/equal to one gram and less than four grams.
