The Gray County Commissioners will meet on Monday morning for a regularly-scheduled meeting at 205 N. Russell at 9 a.m.
After the invocation by Commissioner Lake Arrington and the Pledges, the Commissioners will allow an opportunity for citizens to be heard.
After considering the minutes from the previous meeting, the Commissioners will look into the following new business:
• Pay bills as approved by the County Auditor.
• Consider line item transfers.
• Consider budget amendments.
• Accept Treasurer’s Report.
• Accept County Clerks Report.
• Discuss Airport & Cares Grant Project list.
• Consider HAVA (Cares) Grant for Election Equipment.
• Consider Contract for Election Equipment.
• Consider Bid for Tax Property.
• Consider Extending County Disaster Declaration.
• Consider Gray County Sheriff Office and Pampa Police Department Dispatch Contract Addendum.
• Consider County Wide Burn Ban.
