Pictured is David Cory of Pampa. He is the first at Pampa Regional Medical Center to receive an outpatient infusion of Bamlanivimab. This drug is meant to reduce the possibility of hospitalization by limiting severe COVID-19 symptoms. We are excited to announce that PRMC has been allotted 20 doses of Bamlanivimab from the state. PRMC has reviewed all requirements for this medication and has established protocols and tools to determine appropriate candidates for the administration of the drug. Bamlanivimab has been authorized by the FDA for emergency use. Talk to your doctor about rather you are an appropriate candidate for this new COVID drug.
