This is the greatest season of the year. A time for cheer and merriment why don’t we give ourselves the most wonderful gift we have ever received-“Peace Of Mind”. Normally after this season is over post over-spending depression sets in....let’s get the jump on that. Let’s rewire our minds for post joy, happinesses, and success. Science and research has taught us that when we change our minds our brain changes too. Psychiatrist Donald Hebb concedes that when neurons fire together they wire together, meaning that the principle mental activities of our minds actually alter the way our brain works. Elevated thoughts create elevated emotions creating a neural path (rewired circuitry) for our behaviors and actions a grid for inner peace and external success.
