Xtra Auto Center will be hosting their annual bike giveaway for the third year in a row. The giveaway, which has now become tradition at the auto center, began when the company moved into their new location on 1401 North Hobart Street in April 2020. Jeff Stevens, the owner of Xtra Auto Center, spoke about the concept of creating the bike giveaway.
“Once we moved into our new location, we had the space to make this idea reality,” Stevens said. “It’s our way of giving back to the community.”
The bikes in the giveaway are perfect for children ages six to ten. As of now, people can go into Xtra Auto Center and fill out a voucher for the bikes. On December 20th, there will be a drawing of the vouchers and the people who are selected will be called to pick up their new bikes.
