Altrusa International of Pampa, Texas, Inc. met on Sept. 8, 2020 at the Pampa Chamber of Commerce with the president, Sheila Winton presiding. Pat Johnson served as greeter.
The Accent was presented by Chalenia Freeman on steps to take when being overwhelmed with problems. Among the list were making lists of duties, asking for help, and just saying, “No”.
New Business
Pampa High School Hall of Fame luncheon has been canceled. A reception will be held on September 10 at M.K. Brown Auditorium, 7 p.m.
Guest Night will be held Saturday, Sept. 19 at the home of Maxine Watson, 105 Condo Rd. Members are asked to bring a guest.
Project discussion at the next program meeting. Members are asked to submit ideas for projects including “Make a Difference Day” slated for Saturday, Oct. 24.

PISD projects including Elementary Reading, Lunch with Dignitaries and Snack Paks are discontinued until further notice.
